PGE Business EV Charging Rebate Program
The PGE Business EV Charging Pilot Program may provide PGE non-residential customers who install Level 2 EV chargers at your commercial property a rebate of $1,000 per port (chargers typically have one or two ports) to help offset the cost. Income-eligible multifamily properties may get up to $2,300 per port.

OR Dept. of Environmental Quality (ODEQ)
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) is offering funding to purchase and install L2 and DC fast chargers for public and private fleets through its Oregon Zero-Emission Fueling (OZEF) Infrastructure Program. CEO will provide reimbursement of up to $137,000 for one DC charger or up to $249,000 for 2 DC chargers, up to 80% of eligible costs, and up to 80% of eligible costs per L2 charger.

Columbia River PUD EV Charger Rebates
Columbia River PUD offers its commercial customers a rebate of up to $1,000 per port for Level 2 or Level 3 electric vehicle chargers. Customers are encouraged to contact Columbia River PUD with questions regarding the program.

Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative offers business customers a rebate for Level 2 or DC fast chargers installed at their business. Customers installing Level 2 chargers are eligible for up to $250 per charger and up to $2,000 for DC fast chargers.

City of Ashland businesses can receive a $1,000-$2,500 rebate for installing a Level 2 Charger.

Douglas Electric Level 2 EV Charger Rebate
Douglas Electric Cooperative offers a rebate up to $1,000 for customers who purchase a Level 2 or DC fast charger and install it at their business. The maximum incentive per location is $6,000, or a maximum of six ports installed. Rebates may not exceed 100% of the total project cost.

Eugene Water and Electric Board Smart Charge (EWEB)
EWEB's Smart Charge Rebate for commercial customers can help offset the purchase and installation cost of a qualified Level 2 public charging stations with $1,500 rebate per port and $2,000 rebate per port for qualified multifamily affordable housing sites. Public single-port DCFC qualify for a $10,000 rebate per station and multi-port DCFC qualify for a $15,000 rebate per station.
